You are not here to simply survive.
You are here to live more fully, with clarity. peace and purpose.
Thank you for being here.
I am Glenda Dela Cruz, a holistic health and wellness coach, facilitator, and resource speaker working at the intersection of mental health, emotional well-being, peace and community empowerment.
My work is deeply rooted in my own lived experience as a mother navigating long-term caregiving for a son with schizophrenia. Over the years, this journey has shaped how I understand pain, resilience, and healing – not as abstract ideas, but as daily lived realities that many individuals and families quietly carry.
Through my coaching and facilitation work, I create safe, reflective spaces where people – especially mothers and youth – can pause, reconnect with themselves, and begin to understand their emotions with greater clarity and compassion. I lead healing circles, structured reflection sessions, and community-based programs that support emotional awareness, self-worth, and personal transformation.
As a resource speaker, I share practical insights on mental health, caregiving, self-leadership, and inner peace. My approach is grounded, experiential, and deeply human – drawing from both personal journey and years of community work.
I am the founder of RCC Ilaw ng Tahanan, a grassroots initiative that began with mothers and has grown into a movement for emotional healing and empowerment. Through programs like the Strengthening Mothers circles and youth-focused Express & Explore sessions, I continue to support individuals in finding steadiness within themselves and strength in their lived experiences.
At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to help people come home to themselves, so they can live with greater peace, clarity, and purpose.
